Why do laptops not have HDMI ports?
Why don’t laptops have HDMI-In ports.
They don’t have the hardware to take in an HDMI signal (or any other signal) and output it for display.
The number of people who would use that capability is so low that it’s not cost effective to do so.
In addition, it’s not as simple as wiring an additional display input up..
